As you are cruising down Main Street, I hope our freshly painted trash cans are catching your eye! A few months ago an idea was presented to the Main Street board about bringing art to Main Street. The idea was to apply a fresh coat of paint to the cans, as well as add some art to make the cans more attractive. We felt this would also present Main Street as a more art friendly environment. The idea was then presented to a particular group of individuals who were willing to launch the project. There efforts have not gone unnoticed.
There is a lot more work to be done before this project is complete, this group has helped put it in motion and for that we are thankful. We truly appreciate the partnership. Coming soon will be a mural that will be located on the side of the newly redone Canpagna Bookkeeping & Tax Services building. It will be on the west side, which will reside in the pocket park.
