The Collums Commercial Rentals owned and operated by John and Sunny Collums began when they purchased ProAm Welding Supply at 132 West Main, and later opened Mr. Catfish at Lutie Hill. The Collums have purchased, and sold nine buildings on Main Street. Some of the buildings have had roofs replaced, and/or new floors, a lot of paint, and reconfiguration of walls, as well as awnings. Nine commercial buildings have also been built on Lutie Hill. The last endeavor has been one of the oldest buildings in town located on Blair. It should be ready by summer.
