Wilburton Main Street, Inc. is proud to announce El Jimador Mexican Grill is our Business of the Month for March, 2020. El Jimador opened their doors on May 13, 2019. Within the last 5 months they have added a fully stocked bar. Augustin Romero is the manager, and he has thirteen employees.
Augustin was familiar with Wilburton and the surrounding area, and felt strongly that it could benefit from a restaurant like El Jimador. He and his partner jumped at the chance to buy the corner location, went to work redesigning the interior, and have been very pleased by the welcome that our community has given them. They are very aware of the needs of the community, and have been working to meet the culinary desires of Wilburton. Recently El Jimador introduced a new menu that included southern favorites such as cheeseburgers, new kinds of hamburgers, wings, as well as the traditional and not-so-traditional Mexican fare of the previous menu.
