Wilburton Main Street is proud to announce the Business of the Month for October is Kojun Hibachi Express, owned and operated by Jun Then and his mother, Dji Fung Then, and located at 909 West Main Street, Wilburton. The business opened on July 27, 2017. Kojun Hibachi Express is open Monday through Friday 11 AM – 2 PM for lunch and 4 PM – 7 PM for dinner.
Kojun Hibachi Express is a family owned food truck serving Japanese Hibachi-style food. They moved here from Philadelphia because they had a sister living here, Julie Lawrence and her husband Jason, and wanted to introduce Wilburton to a different cuisine. They have been very pleasantly impressed with the difference between the people here and in Philadelphia. The Thens’ want to thank the people of Latimer County for their patronage and for making them feel so welcome in their new home. They have recently purchased the land around their food truck and are contemplating introducing a wider variety of foods into the area.
Wilburton Main Street applauds their entrepreneurial efforts and is very glad they chose Wilburton for their business. Congratulations to our Business of the Month for October, Kojun Hibachi Express.
