Main Street week will be held in September 2023!
Main Street Week, hosted by Wilburton Main Street, Inc., is a cherished event where the community comes together to honor the rich history of Wilburton. It’s a time to delve into the stories behind our Main Street and the historic buildings that line it. This year, the celebration takes a creative turn with a writing contest in collaboration with local schools. Students will be inspired to write about the Main Street area, followed by tours and storytelling sessions that bring the past to life. It’s an innovative approach to instill pride and appreciation for the heart of our town among the younger generation.
